Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days via 2nd Class Royal Mail and will arrive to you within 2-3 working days.

Unfortunately, packages can get lost in the post (and we really don’t want this to happen to your items that you purchase from us). However, if you do not order tracking and your parcel does not arrive within 7 working days we cannot be held responsible for this and we will not be able to supply a refund. When we send our items, we always ask for a proof of postage receipt. This way, if anything were to go wrong, we can do our best and see what has happened to your order.
 

My item was damaged in the post
Another thing which no one wants to happen! Again, accidents can happen during distribution but sadly, this is out of our control (unless it is a print or production fault, if this is the case then please let us know). If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us at (email address) and we will do our very best to help get this issue resolved.
